Ask to change to a better room because of poor air conditioning till the third time, from afternoon to evening (10pm), the staff approved. They put the blame on me that I do not know how to use AC.

I was on the top floor where laundry is done so aisle was full of washing. Also lift only went to 5 and had to walk up flight of stairs in dark.

We liked the value for money, the location, and the accessibility to the beach.

We didn't like the lack of daily hotel supplies like soap, shampoo, etc. They don't give daily complimentary coffee and tea like other hotels. For leisure travelers who are out almost all day, I think this would go unnoticed. I stay inside the hotel almost all morning and would go out early afternoons for late lunch. I would want at least regular complimentary coffee in the morning.

i dis notcie mini ants or soemthing in the apartment and even on my bed. but i saw the same ones basicly all over the town so i guess its a common thing. they didnt really bother me.

The AC, hot water is good, the price is reasonable 187k 1 person a day

Soundproofing is bad, the elevator makes noise, the room is quite small but Its okay cuz its only 187k, the worst is i saw a cockroach in my room.

I couldn't sleep the whole night due to the sound from outside as well as other rooms. The room quite a bit small. Just dont know why the owners charged 50k additional fees because of leaving after 12pm even i already asked before booking, really disappointed.

Friendly staff. The room was very clean and new. It's super easy to walk from the hotel to the beach.

There was no hairdryer in the room. There was no handsoap either. There weren't any spare toilet paper rolls.

TV programs should be more diversified and TV wifi connection should be stronger
